Terms of Service

♥ All payment is made via PayPal. There are no refunds or chargebacks.
♥ It may take up to 4 months to finish the commission. If you have a preferred deadline, please specify when ordering. A priority fee may be applied.
♥ Do not claim my art or designs as your own. Please credit me when posting the art elsewhere.
♥ You will receive the digital art file, not the printed art.
♥ I retain full rights to any commissioned work. Please specify if you do not want your art to be posted publicly. Otherwise, all commissions are subject to be posted or used for promotion.
♥ You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes. Doing so will get you permanently banned.
♥ I have the right to decline a commission request for any reason.
♥ Unless you are ordering a custom design commission, please provide character sheet and details. I have the right to charge extra to add details not specified in the character sheet.
♥ I am comfortable drawing both feminine and masculine characters, but have a preference towards the latter. I am not good at drawing complex backgrounds. If you have any questions on what is within my limits, please ask.
♥ NSFW art is permitted, but may charge extra.
♥ My art style can vary slightly, so the art may not always come out the same as the examples.
♥ If you want to cancel and I have yet to begin your commission, please let me know. You may also change your character before I begin, but know that I may possibly charge more if there are additional details.

Payment Process
♥ All commissions will be charged in USD and taken through a PayPal invoice.
♥ All payments are to be made upfront.
♥ If payment is not received within 48 hours, the commission will be cancelled. As of currently, I do not accept any payment plans.
♥ If for whatever reason I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, refunds are not allowed once started.

Work Process
I will message the commissioner once I begin working on the art piece. Afterwards, you will get a rough draft sketch for approval. Once the pose and composition is approved, I will make a cleaner sketch for second approval. Please let me know any and all changes you would like during this period! I will move on to complete the art piece and continue to update the commissioner throughout. I will only allow two total revisions.

There will be a fee if you want to change anything that was not discussed in the initial commissioning phase. However, anything I accidentally missed will be changed free of charge.

Commission Fees (Subject to Change)
♥ Commercial Use: 75% of the base price.
♥ Priority Fee: Up to 60%.
